Just like a fine automobile benefits from a strong and rigid frame so does your Carpet Max. The Max pound for pound has the strongest frame in the industry. Using thick walled square tubed steel that is gusseted and fully hand welded. Other sections on the frame use steel plate that is up to ½ of an inch thick and stainless steel bar that is 7/16ths thick. Our frames don’t crack, they don’t break and they don’t leave you stranded. We are very proud of the fact that since the beginning, back to the BCR in 1999 we have had not one frame related issue, not one!

Example: The top of the apron (the yellow disk) is ¼” steel, this is held by 3/8” thick laser cut steel that is connected to the main frame by ½” thick CNC machined solid steel plate. Go out to a new pick up truck and try to find ½” thick steel, you wont. But you will on the Max! Don’t think run of the mill, think custom chopper from Orange County. Be one of the few this year that will get the opportunity to own one of these custom, low production high productivity tools. The pictures below show some of the several weeks of effort that goes into building just ten Carpet Max frames. |

New features on the third generation CarpetMax Shown in the pictures above is the new custom cast, no rust motor to clutch plate hub that reduces reciprocating mass by 6 pounds per motor improving run time and maneuverability.
Inside motor apron welds are protected not only with powder coat and a baked on clear finish but inside welds are also siliconed and bolt on parts such as the flexible sprayer mounts and motor are siliconed to further reduce the possibility of rust so your investment not only looks good for a long time but also lasts a long time.
