Lets see how the CarpetMax does against 3 Cimax machines. I guess that’s not really fair, there were only three of them. All kidding aside, note the size of the pads on the Cimex compared to the size of the pad on the CarpetMax. The Cimex uses a different type of scrubbing action but the CarpetMax puts more pad to the carpet.

Sure you could run three electrical cords, fill three smaller solution tanks, and pay three men but why would you want to? One CarpetMax will cost about the same to purchase and much less to operate. Can you legally get three men into a van?

Running the CarpetMax side by side with the Cimax, I noticed very little if any difference in the finished product. Both carpets looked very good. The CarpetMax was just faster, had no cord problems, uses a bigger solution tank and is able to clean right up to the baseboard.
